Haitian-American actress Meta Golding was in the audience for the 9th Annual Haiti International Film Festival last year. Meta is a television actress who has appeared in the Runyon Canyon, a Top 10 show on Netflixin 2025. Additionally, she has appeared in the hit show Empire and numerous other television productions. She was there to support award-winning filmmaker Al’ikens Plancher for his short film, Konpa.
This year, Meta Golding will serve as an Ambassador for the 10th Annual Haiti International Film Festival, and we are proud to work with a talented Haitian-American television actress who represents Haitian culture through her artistry and passion for the culture. Join us for the film festival at the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre in Hollywood, California, on Saturday, August 16, for a full-day celebration of Haitian culture through innovative storytelling and community.
